Just the 4 of us...

Hello Everyone!! I am new to the world of blogging, but i enjoy reading a lot about my friends lives and thought i would give it shot! As most of you know I have been married to my bestfriend, Travis, for 5 years. We have been blessed with two precious boys Andrew Nicklaus and William Davis, they go by Drew & Will. Drew is 5 and Will is 4. Since the birth of our two boys there has not been a dull moment in our house. We love it & dont remember what we did before they were born!

I am in nursing school and will finally graduate October 29th of this year..wooohooo!!! On the other hand my baby boy, Drew, starts 5k in August...sniff..it saddens me to see how time flies. It seems like yesterday Trav & I were loading up the car & heading to the hospital to await the arrival of our first born! This was one of the happiest moments of our lives! Drew's not so little anymore but my boys will always be mommy's babies no matter how big they get! I know he will do just fine in school. He is remarkably smart. Sometimes Trav & I look at each other in awe wondering where he got some of his smartness from (me of course) lol!!! He is extremely outgoing and never meets a stranger, which could be a scarey thing. I know he will meet a lot of friends. All summer he has been counting down the days until he starts "big boy school," as he calls it! Although Drew is super excited, Will isn't so fond of brother going to school without him. These boys have been unseperable since Will was born. I'm very thankful they are so close. You ask each one of them who their bestfriend is & they both say "my brother." *So Sweet* Will actually tears up when you talk about Drew starting school. We are warming him up to it slowly but surely. This might really be a good thing for the both of them . Will has always looked up to Drew for everything, maybe this will give him a chance to become a lil more independent. Will is my sweet, caring, lovable child. He melts my heart. He is probably the sweetest child i have ever met. He compliments everyone! I will get up in the morning, no make-up, hair all over my head, eyes about swollen shut & Will will say, "Mommy, you are so pretty". He does this often, not just to me, but to Nana, Aunt Brookie, Grandma, everyone....very kind hearted child! He told his daddy this morning that he loved his outfit...hahaha! Now what kid even notices stuff like that?!?!

Travis is the best daddy i could ever ask for for my boys. The love he shows them is unbelievable. Daddy loves his boys & boy do they love him! It's so much fun to watch him teach them so many things. From crawling in the floor after a truck, to walking & running after a ball, to riding their bikes without training wheels, to swinging a bat, & now their newest thing is playing golf. They get the golf part honest...my daddy, both brothers, & Trav are all big golfers! Drew & Will love it. I love to sit out in the yard & watch all three of them for hours.

Our boys are our life! Trav & I both live each day for them. We thank God each and every day for the 2 precious gifts he has given us.
